Apricot came into our rescue program on April 04, 2016. Apricot came from the Blaine County Sheriff's Office along with 7 other horses and 26 Cows as a cruelty case. Sadly, help came to late for so many other cows and horses. These beautiful animals have been ignored for far to long. Apricot is a Beautiful, Palomino, Quarter Horse, Mare. Apricot is estimated to be 20 years of age. Apricot is extremely emaciated, body score of a 1, infested with internal parasites. Apricot is a sweet girl, but takes her a minute to warm up to attention. She hasn't received a lot of hands on attention in her life, and it is clear that everything we do for our horses, she isn't used to. This sweet girl has a long road of recovery ahead of her. She is slowly gaining weight. We will continue to update as Apricot improves, please consider making a donation towards Apricot's Rehabilitation.

Apricot has been adopted to a wonderful family in Norman, Oklahoma. Apricot is going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in her forever, loving home. We are thrilled that this sweet girl found the forever, loving family she deserves where she will be showered with attention.
