Beau came into our rescue program on April 06, 2015. Beau came from the Oklahoma City Animal Welfare Division along with 5 other horses. Beau is a Beautiful, Sorrel, Quarter Horse, Gelding. Beau is estimated to be 10 years of age. Beau is emaciated, body score of a 2, infested with internal/external parasites. He stands for the farrier, and loads in a trailer. He is a super sweet boy and loves attention. Beau has a long road of recovery ahead of him. We will update as Beau improves. Please consider making a donation towards Beau's Rehabilitation.

October 2015 Beau is now looking for his forever, loving home. Beau has gained a lot of weight and looking great. He needs to gain a bit more weight, but he is certainly ready for a family and a job. Beau is broke to ride! He will make someone an excellent horse. He is very calm, easy going, loves attention and has a great personality. We would recommend some tune up time in a round pen or small enclosed area, as we don't know when he was ridden last. Beau has the personality to be a great all around horse that anyone can ride with the right amount of tuning up. Beau is a big stout boy! He loads in a trailer and stands for the farrier. Beau has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, teeth floating and hoof maintenance. Beau has been adopted to a wonderful family in Altus, Oklahoma. Beau is going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in his forever, loving home. We are thrilled that this sweet boy found the forever, loving family he deserves.

We are generally available by appointment Monday - Thursday after 5:30 and anytime Friday - Sunday. We do maintain full time jobs, so we are not always available on weekdays.
