Bogart came into our rescue on November 10, 2010. Bogart came from the Oklahoma City Animal Welfare Division. Bogart is a Beautiful, Black/White, Paint, Gelding. He is estimated to be 20 years of age. He stands about 14.2 hands tall. He has no front top teeth at all, which we would assume from cribbing, but it doesn't slow him down on his eating. He can eat hay and grain very well. He is in excellent body condition. Bogart has had his teeth floated and he is doing great. Bogart is broke to ride. I would recommend some tune up rides in a round pen or small enclosed area. He would be great for a beginner rider, once he is tuned up and back into riding. He is a bit lazy, so he will have to be pushed to move out. Bogart is a sweet boy, he loves attention. He will stand with you all day, if you just stay with him and love on him. He has a great disposition. Bogart stands for the farrier and loads in a trailer. Bogart has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, teeth floating and hoof maintenance. If you are interested in adopting this sweet boy, please submit an adoption application or call/email to schedule an appointment to visit Bogart.
