Cerveza came into our rescue program on May 11, 2017. Cerveza came into our rescue program from the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office as an abandoned horse. Cerveza is a Beautiful, Sorrel/White, Paint, Stud. Cerveza is estimated to be 7 years of age. Cerveza is thin, body score of a 3. Cerveza has several scrapes on him and one large wound on his fetlock. It appears to be a pretty deep wire cut. He is pretty being treated and we hope to get ahead of any infection, as we don't know how long he has been wandering around with this injury. Cerveza is a sweet boy and loves attention. He stands for the farrier and loads in a trailer. Cerveza has a long road of recovery ahead of him. We will update as he improves. Please consider making a donation towards Cerveza's Rehabilitation.

Update July 2018 Cerveza is looking great and doing wonderful. He is now seeking his forever, loving home. Cerveza is not broke to ride. Due to his old injury, we are not sure he can sustain training, but he would make a wonderful pet or companion to another horse. Cerveza has an amazing personality and loves life. He loves to play and will encourage any horse he can to play with him all day, every day. He is curious about you, but hasn't just opened himself up to have full on love and attention. With daily interaction, he would quickly become a pocket pony. Cerveza needs work standing for the farrier but he does improve with each trim. Cerveza has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming and hoof maintenance. Cerveza has been adopted to a wonderful family in Guthrie, Oklahoma. Cerveza is going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in his forever, loving home. We are thrilled that this sweet boy found the forever, loving family he deserves where he will be showered with love and attention.

We are generally available BY APPOINTMENT Monday - Thursday after 5:30 and generally anytime Friday - Sunday BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We do maintain full time jobs, so we are not always available on weekdays. Please be patient with us and we will return your call/email as soon as possible.
