Choctaw came into our rescue program on August 13, 2016. Choctaw came from the Luther Police Department along with 5 other horses. Choctaw is a Beautiful, Black/White, Paint, Pony, Gelding. Choctaw is estimated to be 12 years of age. Choctaw is emaciated, body score of a 3, infested with internal/external parasites. Choctaw has a low HCT (anemia) can be secondary to infection, parasitism, and vitamin and mineral deficiencies. Elevated globulins are most commonly due to infection, but can also be due to dehydration. Choctaw is a super sweet boy. He stands for the farrier and loads in a trailer. Choctaw stands at 12.3 hands tall. We will continue to update as Choctaw improves. Please consider making a donation towards Choctaw's Rehabilitation.

Update October 2016 Choctaw has gained weight and looking great. He still has a little bit to go, but has improved greatly. Choctaw is super sweet and now seeking his forever, loving home. Choctaw will make someone an excellent pony. Choctaw is broke to ride. We would recommend some tune up time in a round pen or small enclosed area as we don't know when he was regularly ridden last. This little pony will make someone an excellent addition to their family. He has a great personality and willing to please personality. Choctaw stands for the farrier and loads in a trailer. Choctaw stands at 12.3 hands tall. Choctaw has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming and hoof maintenance. Choctaw has been adopted to a wonderful family in Coweta, Oklahoma. Choctaw is going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in his forever, loving home. We are thrilled that this sweet boy found the forever, loving family he deserves where he will be showered with love and attention.

We are generally available BY APPOINTMENT Monday - Thursday after 5:30 and generally anytime Friday - Sunday BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We do maintain full time jobs, so we are not always available on weekdays. Please be patient with us and we will return your call/email as soon as possible.
