Gator came into our rescue program on July 11, 2012. Gator came from Logan County Sheriff's Office as a cruelty case along with 2 other horses. Gator is a Beautiful, Sorrel, Quarter Horse, Gelding. He is a body score of a 2, infested with internal/external parasites. Gator is estimated to be 7 years of age. Gator may require tendon surgery, to aid in his severe club foot. Gator is a super sweet and very smart. He stands for the farrier and loads in the trailer. He has such a sweet disposition and loves attention. We will update as he progresses. Please consider making a donation towards Gator's rehabilitation.
Update October 2012 Gator is now seeking his forever, loving home. Gator is super sweet and loves attention. He has come a long ways and has gained a considerable amount of weight. Gator is broke to ride and will make someone an excellent horse. We would recommend some tune up time in a round pen or small enclosed area. Gator has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, teeth floating and hoof maintenance. If you are interested in adopting Gator, please submit an adoption application or call/email to schedule an appointment to come see Gator.
Gator has been adopted to a wonderful family in Jones, Oklahoma. Gator is going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in his forever, loving home. We are thrilled that this sweet boy has found the forever, loving family that he deserves, where he will receive the time, attention and love.
