Gerdy came into our rescue program on April 6, 2020. Gerdy came into our rescue program from The Jones Livestock Auction. Gerdy is a Beautiful, Bay, Arabian, Mare. Gerdy is estimated to be 12 years of age. Gerdy has a lot of energy and learning how to be in a herd. Gerdy is a sweet girl and loves attention. She needs a lot of work on learning patience and being handled. I think she has learned negative attention gets her out of work. We are slowly working with her and changing her way of thinking. Gerdy stands for the farrier and loads in a trailer. She is going to make someone a super nice horse once she has rehabilitated. We will update as she improves. Update September 2020 Gerdy is seeking a forever, loving home to call her own. She is a sweet girl and has potential with the right amount of time and training. Gerdy is halter broke and broke to lead. She needs a family that will work with her and start her training. Gerdy has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, and hoof maintenance. Gerdy has been adopted to a wonderful family in Elmore City, Oklahoma. Gerdy is going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in her forever, loving home. We are thrilled that this special girl found the forever, loving family she deserves where she will be showered with love and attention.
