Grace came into our rescue program on July 14, 2020. Grace came into our rescue program from the City of Edmond Animal Welfare along with 23 other horses as a cruelty case. This case has been a long drawn out ordeal and we are thankful that we can now prepare these horses for adoption. Many of these horses had a lot of medical issues that we have been treating and taking care of. Reportedly, most of the horses in this case are all Western Pleasure bred. We DO NOT have registration papers on any of these horses. Grace is a Beautiful, Sorrel, Paint, Mare. Grace is estimated to be 20 years of age. Grace is super sweet and loves attention. Grace is thin, with a body condition score 3. Grace's blood work showed her total protein was elevated, this can indicate dehydration or infection. Glucose was low, this is likely due to poor nutrition. Globulins were elevated, this can be due to infection. A fecal egg count revealed strongyle eggs at 25 eggs per gram (low shedder). Updated March 2021 Grace is now seeking her forever, loving home to call her own. Grace is a super sweet girl that loves attention. Grace is broke to ride and will make someone an excellent horse. We do recommend some tune up time in a round pen or small enclosed area. Grace stands for the farrier and loads in a trailer. Grace has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, dental and hoof maintenance. Grace has been adopted to a wonderful family in Wanette, Oklahoma. Grace is going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in her forever, loving home. We are thrilled that this special girl found the forever, loving family she deserves where she will be showered with love and attention.

We are generally available BY APPOINTMENT Monday - Thursday after 5:30 and generally anytime Friday - Sunday BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We do maintain full time jobs, so we are not always available on weekdays. Please be patient with us and we will return your call/email as soon as possible.
