Heidi came into our rescue program on April 19, 2013. Heidi came from the Seminole City Police Department along with 9 other horses as a severe cruelty case. We were able to assist Seminole City and save 10 horses. Heidi is a Beautiful, Red Roan, Quarter Horse, Mare. Heidi is estimated to be 10 years of age. Heidi is a body score of a 3. She has a beautiful Colt on her side named Firebug. Firebug is a Beautiful, Red Roan, Colt. He is estimated to be 6 to 8 weeks of age. Heidi is infested with internal/external parasites, has rain rot and is moderately anemic. She is super sweet and very smart. She loves attention. Her foal isn't as social-able yet, but with some time and attention, he will become just as love-able. Heidi loads in a trailer and stands for the farrier. Heidi still has a long road of recovery ahead of her. We will update as she progresses. Please consider donating towards Heidi's Rehabilitation.

Update September 2013 Heidi is now seeking a forever, loving home of her own. Firebug has been weaned and will be available for adoption soon, separately. Heidi is super sweet and very athletic. Heidi is broke to ride. She side passes and has a lot of athletic ability. She would make someone an excellent horse whether for pleasure or performance. Heidi loads in a trailer and stands for the farrier. She is extremely smart and will make someone an excellent horse. Heidi has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming and hoof maintenance. Heidi has been adopted to a wonderful family in Alva, Oklahoma. Heidi, along with Steel Magnolia, will be spoiled rotten and extremely well loved in their forever, loving home. We are thrilled that these sweet girls found the forever, loving family they deserve, where they will receive an unlimited amount of love and attention.

We are generally available by appointment Monday - Thursday after 5:30 and anytime Friday - Sunday. We do maintain full time jobs, so we are not always available on weekdays. Please be patient with us and we will return your call/email as soon as possible.
