HollyHock came into our rescue program on January 11, 2019. HollyHock came into our rescue program as an Owner Surrender along with 4 other horses as a cruelty case. HollyHock is a Beautiful, Buckskin, Quarter Horse, Mare. HollyHock is estimated to be 7 years of age. HollyHock is a sweet Girl and loves attention. She is emaciated with a body score of a 1. Infested with internal/external parasites and covered in rain rott. HollyHock stands for the farrier and loads in a trailer. She is going to make someone a super nice horse. Update November 2019 HollyHock is now seeking her forever, loving home. HollyHock has gained a lot of weight and looks great. HollyHock stands at 13 hands tall. She is short but stocky. She does not appear to be broke to ride. She is ready for a home where she will get the attention she needs and start her training. She is a quick and athletic girl and has a lot of potential. HollyHock stands for the farrier and loads in a trailer. HollyHock has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, dental and hoof maintenance. HollyHock was picked for our 9th Annual Blaze's Ride to the Rescue Trainer Challenge. She was chosen by Trainer Stacey Armendariz. Stacey will be working with HollyHock for the next 130 days, turning HollyHock into a dependable riding companion. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Stacey will not be able to finish the training on HollyHock. Hope Armendariz is now the Trainer! HollyHock will be going against 8 Trainers in our Trainer's Challenge. We have a total of 14 trainers competing. Competition is set for May 16, 2020 at Blaze's Tribute Equine Rescue's Facility at 21701 East Britton Road, Harrah, Oklahoma . Quick Update from her Trainer, Hope Armendariz HollyHock is doing well with roping and could make a nice kids roping pony some day. I've been working on her fine tuning and she is coming right along. She is high energy and loves to run which gives her a lot of potential.

HollyHock has been adopted to a wonderful family in Cushing, Oklahoma. HollyHock is going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in her forever, loving home. We are thrilled that this beautiful girl found the forever, loving family she deserves, where she will be showered with the time, attention and love she deserves.
