Journey came into our rescue program on May 19, 2016. Journey came into our rescue program as an Owner Surrender along with 1 other horse. Journey is a Beautiful, Sorrel/White, Paint, Mare. Journey is estimated to be 10 years of age. Journey is a big beautiful girl, She is super sweet and loves attention but sometimes can be difficult to catch. We hope to send Journey to training soon. She is a great girl and we think she will blossom with some training and be ready for a wonderful family of her own. Journey has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming and hoof maintenance. Update August 2016 Journey is now in training with Christa Caho with Cross Creek Horse Training. Journey is available for adoption and this is a great opportunity to adopt a horse while in training, so that you can learn all about the horse from the trainer. Journey is expected to receive 30 days of training. Update October 2016 Journey is coming along beautifully in her training with Christa Caho. Journey joined us on our Annual Haunt for the Horses Benefit Trail Ride, where she even ponied another horse along the trail and down the river. Journey did a fabulous job and she is ready for her forever, loving home. This is a big, stout beautiful mare and is ready for a forever, loving home where she can enjoy many future trail rides. She seems to be most at ease on the trails and enjoys them a lot. Journey has returned to the rescue and ready for a forever, loving family to call her own. She has received 60 days of training and ready to go. Journey has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming and hoof maintenance. Journey has been adopted by a wonderful family in Kansas City, Kansas. Journey is going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in her forever, loving home. We are so thrilled that this super sweet girl found the forever, loving family she deserves, where she will receive an unlimited amount of love and attention.

We are generally available BY APPOINTMENT Monday - Thursday after 5:30 and generally anytime Friday - Sunday BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We do maintain full time jobs, so we are not always available on weekdays. Please be patient with us and we will return your call/email as soon as possible.
