Langston came into our rescue program on June 15, 2010. Langston came from the Oklahoma City Animal Welfare Division. Langston is Beautiful, Bay, Quarter Horse, Gelding. He is estimated to be 4 years of age. Langston is blind in both eyes. He is by far the most trusting horse that I have ever come in contact with. This sweet boy never batted an eye to what we were asking him to do. He loaded in a trailer like he had done it a million times, he will lead over a tarp or where ever you ask him to go. He stands for the farrier. He is super sweet and has every reason in the world not to trust people and yet he gives of himself 100%. We have paired him up with another horse right now, to help him get around. He is doing great and settling into his environment wonderfully. Langston has a lot of weight to gain. We will update as he progresses. Please consider making a donation towards Langston's rehabilitation.

Langston has been adopted to a wonderful family in Perry, Oklahoma. Langston is back where he belongs with the family that loves him greatly. They have been apart for 2 years and Langston was found by the woman who loved him the most. We are so happy that Langston is with his forever, loving family. He is going to be spoiled rotten and extremely well loved.



Please call or email to schedule an appointment to visit the horses currently available in our rescue program. We are generally available by appointment Monday - Thursday after 5:30 and anytime Friday - Sunday. We do maintain full time jobs, so we are not always available on weekdays. Please be patient with us and we will return your call/email as soon as possible.
