Mable came into our rescue program on August 23, 2011. Mable came from the Piedmont Police Department. Mable along with 10 other Belgian's and 1 mule were surrendered to the Piedmont Police Department, as the former owner was no longer able to provide the proper care they needed. Piedmont Police Department requested us to take the horses. These pictures were not taken the day the horses were removed. Once Blaze's was able to pick up the horses, they had received several days of a good nutritional diet, therefore, changing their body condition. Mable is a Beautiful, Chestnut, Belgian Draft, Mare. Mable is estimated to be 15 years old. She is a former carriage horse. Mable is in good condition, body score of a 4, but in need of dental work and hoof care. Mable is currently in foster care and will be available for adoption once she has received the medical care she needs. We will update as she progresses. Mable has been adopted to a wonderful family in Kingfisher, Oklahoma. Mable is going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in her forever, loving home. We are thrilled that this sweet girl as found her forever, loving family to call her own.

We are generally available by appointment Monday - Thursday after 5:30 and anytime Friday - Sunday. We do maintain full time jobs, so we are not always available on weekdays. Please be patient with us and we will return your call/email as soon as possible.
