Madge came into our rescue program on August 15, 2012. Madge came from Oklahoma City Animal Welfare Division as a cruelty case along with 3 other horse. Madge is a Beautiful, Gray, Quarter Horse, Mare. She is a body score of a 1, infested with internal/external parasites. Madge is estimated to be 21 years of age. Madge is a super sweet and very smart. She stands at 15.3 hands tall. She stands for the farrier and loads in the trailer. She has such a sweet disposition and loves attention. We will update as she progresses. Please consider making a donation towards Madge's rehabilitation.

Update November 2012 Madge is now seeking her forever, loving home. Madge has gained a lot of weight and looking great. Madge is super sweet and loves attention. Madge is battling a bit of white line disease in her front left foot. Our farrier is confident with routine trimming and continueing to trim away the infected area that she will come out of it within a couple of months. We currently recommend front shoes to assist her with any lameness issues while she is being treated. She is broke to ride and will make someone an excellent horse. She is extremely calm and eager to please. Madge has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, and hoof maintenance. Madge has been adopted to a wonderful family in Newalla, Oklahoma. Madge is going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in her forever, loving home. We are thrilled that this sweet girl will receive the love and attention she deserves with her forever, loving family.

We are generally available by appointment Monday - Thursday after 5:30 and anytime Friday - Sunday. We do maintain full time jobs, so we are not always available on weekdays. Please be patient with us and we will return your call/email as soon as possible.
