Mater came into our rescue program on November 16, 2011. Mater came from the Oklahoma City Animal Welfare Division along with Flo. Mater is a Beautiful, Sorrel, Quarter Horse, Gelding. Mater is estimated to be 9 years of age. Mater is a sweet boy, very smart, loads in a trailer, stands for the farrier and loves attention. Mater is broke to ride, however, we would encourage some tune up time in a round pen or small enclosed area, as we don't know when he was ridden last. Mater is also very dependant on Flo. Both seem to be very attached to each other. Mater has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming and hoof maintenance. Mater has been adopted to a wonderful family in Chandler, Oklahoma. Mater is going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in his forever, loving home. Mater is going to receive the attention he deserves with his forever, loving family. We are thrilled for this beautiful boy.



Please call or email to schedule an appointment to visit the horses currently available in our rescue program. We are generally available by appointment Monday - Thursday after 5:30 and anytime Friday - Sunday. We do maintain full time jobs, so we are not always available on weekdays. Please be patient with us and we will return your call/email as soon as possible.
