Monarch came into our rescue program on February 6, 2022. Monarch came into our rescue program as an animal cruelty case from the Wagoner County Sheriff's Office along with 5 other horses/donkeys. Monarch is a Beautiful, Bay, Quarter Horse, Mare. Monarch is estimated to be 17 years of age. Monarch is super sweet and loves attention. Monarch is very thin with a body score of 2. Monarch's feet were in poor condition upon arrival and infested with parasites. Monarch stands for the farrier and loads in a trailer. She is halter broke and broke to lead. Update November 2022 Monarch is now seeking her forever, loving home to call her own. This super sweet girl is broke to ride and will make someone an excellent horse. We do recommend some tune up time in a round pen or small enclosed area, as we don't know when she was routinely ridden last. Monarch stands at 15.1 hands tall. Monarch stands for the farrier and loads in a trailer. Monarch has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, dental, and hoof maintenance. Monarch has been adopted to a wonderful family in Konawa, Oklahoma. Monarch is going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in her forever, loving home. We are thrilled that this special girl found the forever, loving family she deserves where she will be showered with love and attention.
