Rocket came into our rescue program on March 27, 2014. Rocket came in as an owner surrender along with 3 other horses. Rocket is a Beautiful, Bay/White, Paint, Gelding. Rocket is estimated to be 4 years of age. He is a body score of a 4, infested with internal/external parasites. Rocket is super sweet and loves attention, he is halter broke and broke to lead. We do not believe Rocket to be broke to ride. He loads in a trailer, and stands for the farrier. Rocket has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, and hoof maintenance. Rocket was picked for our 4th Annual Blaze's Ride to the Rescue Trainer Challenge. He was chosen by Youth Trainer Kaidyn Lopez. Kaidyn will be working with Rocket for the next 120 days, turning Rocket into a dependable riding companion. Kaidyn will be going against 9 Trainers in our Trainer's Challenge. We also have 12 Adult Trainers competing in our Trainer's Challenge. Competition is set for May 30, 2015 at the Lazy E Arena, Guthrie, Oklahoma. Rocket has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, teeth floating and hoof maintenance. Rocket has also been freeze branded for his protection. Rocket has been adopted to a wonderful family in Yukon, Oklahoma. Rocket is going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in his forever, loving home. We are so thrilled that this sweet boy found the family he deserves, where he will receive an unlimited amount of love and care.



Please call or email to schedule an appointment to visit the horses currently available in our rescue program. We are generally available by appointment Monday - Thursday after 5:30 and anytime Friday - Sunday. We do maintain full time jobs, so we are not always available on weekdays. Please be patient with us and we will return your call/email as soon as possible.
