Sage came into our rescue program on October 24, 2012. Sage came from the Oklahoma City Animal Welfare Division along with 6 other horses. Sage is a Beautiful, Palomino, Quarter Horse, Mare. Sage is estimated to be 6 years of age. Sage stands at 15.1 hands tall. She is a super sweet and very smart. She loaded in the trailer with no problem and loves attention. Sage has a minor wound on her cornet band. She is not lame, just want to keep her leg banaged to prevent proud flesh and dirt infecting the wound. Sage is broke to ride! We would recommend some tune up time in a round pen or small enclosed area. She is extremely calm and will make someone an excellent horse. Sage has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming and hoof maintenance. We are generally available by appointment Monday - Thursday after 5:30 and anytime Friday - Sunday. We do maintain full time jobs, so we are not always available on weekdays. Please be patient with us and we will return your call/email as soon as possible.
