Shenanigans came into our rescue program on December 2, 2013. Shenanigans came from the Oklahoma City Animal Welfare Division along with 2 other horses as a cruelty case. Shenanigans is a Beautiful, Sorrel, Quarter Horse, Mare. Shenanigans is estimated to be 8 years of age. She was a body score of a 2, infested with internal/external parasites. She had several wounds along her withers, etc., consisted with being ridden harshly. She is super sweet but can be a bit aloof and difficult to catch. Once caught she loves attention, loads in a trailer, and stands for the farrier. Shenanigans is broke to ride. We would recommend some tune up time in a round pen or small enclosed area, as it has been quite some time since she was ridden last. She could benefit greatly from some ground work and daily training. Shenanigans has a lot of try and wants to please, it just takes her a bit to understand that you don't mean her any harm. Shenanigans has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, teeth floating and hoof maintenance. If you would like to give this sweet girl the forever, loving home she deserves, please submit an adoption application or call/email to schedule an appointment to come visit Shenanigans.
