Stitch came into our rescue program on January 4, 2012. Stitch came from the Oklahoma City Animal Welfare Division. Stitch is a Beautiful, Chestnut, Thoroughbred, Mare. Stitch is estimated to be 15 years of age. Stitch is super sweet, very smart, loads in a trailer, stands for the farrier and has such a sweet dispostion. Stitch was owner surrendered to the animal welfare and stated that she had liver problems. We have run a complete blood panel and no signs of liver problems are apparent. She needs some dental work done and some additional weight gain. Stitch is a sweet girl and will make someone a wonderful horse once she has rehabilitated. We will update as she progresses. Update June 2012 Stitch is now seeking her forever, loving home. Stitch is super sweet and loves attention. Stitch is broke to ride! We would recommend some tune up time in an round pen or small enclosed area. Stitch stands at 15.1 hands tall. Stitch will make someone an excellent horse. Stitch has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, teeth floating, and hoof maintenance. Stitch has been adopted to a wonderful family in Wewoka, Oklahoma. Stitch is going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in her forever, loving home. Stitch is going to receive all the love and attention she could ever ask for by an extended family. We are thrilled that this sweet girl has found her forever, loving family to call her own.

We are generally available by appointment Monday - Thursday after 5:30 and anytime Friday - Sunday. We do maintain full time jobs, so we are not always available on weekdays. Please be patient with us and we will return your call/email as soon as possible.
