Tabitha came into our rescue program on September 11, 2018. Tabitha came into our rescue program from the Oklahoma City Animal Welfare Division. Tabitha is a Beautiful, Grey, Quarter Horse, Mare. Tabitha is estimated to be 4 years of age. Tabitha is a sweet girl but tends to be pretty aloof. Tabitha was not halter broke or broke to lead upon arrival. She is improving but still needs some consistency and work. Tabitha is a stout girl that is very athletic. With the right amount of time, training and patience she will make someone an excellent horse. Tabitha has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming and hoof maintenance. Tabitha was picked for our 9th Annual Blaze's Ride to the Rescue Trainer Challenge. She was chosen by Trainer Robert Hayes. Robert will be working with Tabitha for the next 130 days, turning Tabitha into a dependable riding companion. Robert will be going against 8 Trainers in our Trainer's Challenge. We have a total of 14 trainers competing. Competition is set for May 16, 2020 at Blaze's Tribute Equine Rescue's Facility at 21701 East Britton Road, Harrah, Oklahoma. Blaze's Ride to the Rescue Trainer Challenge. Tabitha will be available for adoption throughout the competition on May 16th, 2020 through an all day silent auction. Tabitha is a sweet girl and loves attention. Tabitha has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, teeth floating and hoof maintenance. Tabitha has also been freeze branded for her protection. Quick Update from her Trainer, Robert Hayes Tabitha has been very good to work with. Most of her riding has been on the trails. She's quite brave and has lots of potential to become a kids horse and/or western dressage.

Robert Hayes and Team Tabitha did an amazing job at this years Trainers Challenge. We are thrilled to announce that Robert and Tabitha placed 2nd in the Adult Division of our 9th Annual Blaze's Ride to the Rescue Trainers Challenge

Tabitha has been adopted to a wonderful family in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Tabitha is going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in her forever, loving home. We are thrilled that this beautiful girl found the forever, loving family she deserves, where she will be showered with the time, attention and love she deserves.

We are generally available BY APPOINTMENT Monday - Thursday after 5:30 and generally anytime Friday - Sunday BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We do maintain full time jobs, so we are not always available on weekdays. Please be patient with us and we will return your call/email as soon as possible.
