Troy came into our rescue program on April 8, 2013. Troy came from the Oklahoma City Animal Welfare Division along with 1 other horse as a cruelty case. Troy is a Beautiful, Bay, Thoroughbred, Gelding. Troy is estimated to be 22 years of age. He is a body score of a 1, infested with internal/external parasites. He is anemic and has rain rott. Troy is a former race horse. He is super sweet and very smart. He loads in a trailer and stands for the farrier. Troy has a long road of recovery ahead of him. We will update as he progresses. Update September 2013 Troy has gained a lot of weight and looking great. He is still gaining weight, but ready for a forever, loving home of his own. Troy is super sweet and loves attention. He still has a lot of spunk and will make someone an excellent horse. Troy is broke to ride. We would recommend some tune up time in a round pen or small enclosed area. He is very smart and eager to please. Don't let his age fool you, you still has a lot to offer and will make someone a wonderful horse. Troy stands for the farrier and loads in a trailer. This is an awesome boy. Troy has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, teeth floating and hoof maintenance. Troy has been adopted to a wonderful family in Devol, Oklahoma. Troy, as well as, Clint will be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in their forever, loving home. We are thrilled that these sweet boys have found the forever, loving family they deserve, where they will receive the time and attention they need.

We are generally available by appointment Monday - Thursday after 5:30 and anytime Friday - Sunday. We do maintain full time jobs, so we are not always available on weekdays. Please be patient with us and we will return your call/email as soon as possible.
