Ursula came into our rescue program on April 14, 2015. Ursula came from the Oklahoma City Animal Welfare Division along with 1 other horse as a cruelty case. Ursula is a Beautiful, Palomino, Quarter Horse, Mare. Ursula is estimated to be 22 years of age. Ursula is very thin, body score of a 3, infested with internal/external parasites. She stands for the farrier, and loads in a trailer. She is a super sweet girl and loves attention. Ursula has a long road of recovery ahead of her. We will update as Ursula improves. Please consider making a donation towards Ursula's Rehabilitation.
Update January 2015 Ursula is now seeking her forever, loving home. Ursula is super sweet and loves attention. She still has a lot to offer and would love a family to call her own. She is easy to catch, she stands for the farrier and loads in a trailer. Nothing seems to bother this girl. She would make a great pleasure/trail horse. Ursula is broke to ride. We would recommend some tune up time in a round pen or small enclosed area, as we don't know when she was ridden last. Ursula has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, teeth floating and hoof maintenance. If you are interested in adopting this sweet girl, please submit an adoption application or call/email to schedule an appointment to come visit Ursula.
