Wisteria came into our rescue program on February 15, 2019. Wisteria came into our rescue program from the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office along with 27 other horses as a cruelty case. Many of the horses were unhandled prior to the seizure. The court awarded that 14 horses could be returned to the owner. Wisteria is a Beautiful, Chestnut, Thoroughbred, Mare. Wisteria is estimated to be 12 years of age. Wisteria is a sweet girl and loves attention. Wisteria has a sweet foal on her side, Wynter. Wisteria is halter broke and broke to lead. We don't know yet if she has had any other training. She is thin with a body score of a 3. Infested with internal/external parasites and is anemic. She is going to make someone a super nice horse with the right amount of time and training. We will formerly evaluate Wisteria soon for adoption. She needs to gain a bit more weight. Update November 2019 Wisteria is now seeking her forever, loving home to call her own. Wisteria is gaining weight and doing great. Wisteria is broke to ride! We would recommend some tune up in a round pen or small enclosed area, as we don't know when she was routinely ridden last. Wisteria is a super sweet girl and will make someone an excellent horse. Wisteria stands for the farrier and loads in a trailer. Wisteria has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming and hoof maintenance. Wisteria has been adopted to a wonderful family in Seminole, Oklahoma. Wisteria is going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in her forever, loving home. We are thrilled that this super sweet girl found the forever, loving family she deserves where she will be showered with love and attention.

We are generally available BY APPOINTMENT Monday - Thursday after 5:30 and generally anytime Friday - Sunday BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We do maintain full time jobs, so we are not always available on weekdays. Please be patient with us and we will return your call/email as soon as possible.
