Bambi is a 6 year old Sorrel Mare. Bambi is in poor condition and in need of farrier work. She was shod upon arrival. She is a sweet girl!
Once the case is closed, we will update with more information as well as updated pictures.
Update 2/13/07 - Bambi is a sweet girl! She has gained a lot of weight and looks great. Bambi has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, and feet maintenance. Due to our large rescue numbers right now, we don't have the ability to access each horse to determine their riding back ground. We are very sorry for this! We just don't have enough man power to access 60 plus horses. Training is available in the Spring and Summer months if needed. If you are interested in adopting Bambi, please submit an application today. You must have an application on file, prior to scheduling a visit with Bambi.
Update March 2007: We had an opportunity over the weekend to saddle up and ride Bambi. Bambi is broke to ride and would make someone an excellent horse, whether for trails, etc. She is a sweet girl!
Bambi was adopted to a wonderful family in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. Bambi went to a wonderful family that will provide her with a lot of love and attention. She is being spoiled by a very deserving young lady that has been patiently waiting for Bambi to arrive. We are thrilled that Bambi has found her match.
