Calliope came into our rescue program on June 15, 2009 from the Oklahoma City Animal Welfare Division. Calliope came in along with 7 other horses, which were victims of the fire's that swept through Choctaw, Midwest City area earlier this year. Unfortunately, Calliope and the other horses were left homeless and they are now seeking that loving, forever home to call their own. Calliope is a beautiful Black/White, Appaloosa Pony, 5 year old, Mare. Calliope is a sweet girl, loves attention and would make someone an excellent horse. She is broke to ride and would be an excellent horse for a child. Calliope has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming and hoof maintenance. Calliope is seeking that forever, loving home that she deserves.

Caliopie has been adopted to a wonderful family in Piedmont, Oklahoma. Caliopie is going to be spoiled rotten and extremely well loved by a special teenage girl. Caliopie will be neighbors to Pac-Man. We are thrilled that Caliopie has found such a wonderful family.
