Canvas came into our rescue program on June 30, 2021. Canvas came into our rescue program from the Roger's County Sheriff's Office in an animal cruelty case. Canvas is a Beautiful, Palomino, Paint, Mare. Canvas is estimated to be 10 years of age upon arrival into our program. Canvas is super sweet and loves attention. Canvas has a wound with a central draining tract on the dorsal aspect of the left stifle. We will update as she improves. Please consider making a donation towards Canvas Rehabilitation.
Update May 2023 Canvas is now seeking her forever, loving home to call her own. This beautiful girl has a lot of potential and with the right amount of time and training, will make someone an excellent addition to their family. Canvas is now 12 year of age. Canvas does not appear to have received any formal training. She is a smart girl and could easily be started under saddle. Canvas stands for the farrier and loads in a trailer. Canvas is halter broke and broke to lead. Canvas has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, dental, and hoof maintenance. Canvas has been adopted to a wonderful family in Glencoe, Oklahoma. Canvas is going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in her forever, loving home. We are thrilled that she has found her forever, family that she deserves, where she will be showered with love and attention.
