Coleen came into our rescue program on September 24, 2009. Coleen came in with 1 other horse from Logan County. We were contacted by the Logan County Sheriff's Office to assist with 2 horses. Coleen is a Beautiful, Sorrel/White, Paint, Mare. Coleen is a sweet girl, has such a very sweet/laid back personality. She needs to put on some much needed weight before being adopted out. She will make someone a great little horse though. She is very smart and super cute! Coleen has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming and hoof maintenance. We will update as she progresses. Please consider making a donation towards this sweet girls recovery.
Update 4/20/10 Coleen is seeking her forever, loving home. Coleen is a pony and stands about 13 hands tall. Coleen is a broke to ride, but would require some additional riding before placing a beginner rider on her. She has great potential to be a wonderful beginner kids horse. She is very smart, tacks up nicely, and never offered to buck or rear. She has been walked, trotted, and cantered. She is very sweet and will make someone an excellent horse. Coleen has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming and hoof maintenance. If you are interested in adopting this sweet girl, please submit an adoption application.
Coleen has been adopted to a wonderful family in Newkirk, Oklahoma. Coleen is joining her son Boss and McKenna in their forever, loving home. We are so thrilled that these sweet horses have found their forever, loving families. They are going to be spoiled rotten and extremely well loved by many, including a couple of great kids!
