Delilah came into our rescue program on July 23, 2007. Delilah came from the Oklahoma City Animal Welfare Division along with 3 other horses, all of which were nearly starved to death. Delilah suffered the worst. She is a sweet, black, Mare, estimated to be 7 years of age. Delilah apparently lost a foal just a few short weeks earlier. She is extremely starved to death. She is a sweet girl that will have a long road of recovery ahead of her. Please consider making a donation towards Delilah's rehabilitation. Delilah will be available for adoption once she has fully rehabilitated. If you are interested in adopting Delilah, please submit an application. Update 10/01/07: Delilah is ready to go to her new forever, loving home. She has really blossomed into a beautiful Black Mare. She has gained a lot of weight and looks great! Delilah has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming and hoof maintenance. Delilah was adopted to a wonderful family in Choctaw, Oklahoma. Delilah is going to be spoiled rotten and receive the much needed love and attention that she deserves. She has truly found her forever, loving home. We are thrilled for Delilah and her new family.
