Disco came into our rescue program on December 6, 2009. Disco came from the Oklahoma City Animal Welfare Division. He is a Beautiful Palomino, Stud! Disco is estimated to be 6 years of age. He is super sweet, but tends to be a bit aloof at first. He has such great potential and will make someone a wonderful horse. Disco will be gelded soon, as weather permits. Once he has been gelded, he will be available for adoption. Disco is a sweet boy and deserves a forever, loving home. If you are interested in adopting this sweet boy, please submit an application. Disco has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming and hoof maintenance. Please consider making a donation towards Disco's gelding and rehabilatation. We will update his status once he is available.
Update 5/15/2010 Disco has been gelded and is doing wonderful. He is now seeking his forever, loving home. Disco is broke to ride and will make someone a wonderful horse. He was ridden by natural horsemanship trainer Robert Hayes here at our facility for our training/adoption day. Disco did wonderful. He would be a great horse for whatever discipline and has the potential to be a wonderful horse for a beginner rider, with some more riding time. He is a sweet boy and just needs someone to give him lots of love and attention. Disco stands about 15 hands tall. He is a gorgerous boy! Disco stands for the farrier. He has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming and hoof maintenance. If you are interested in giving this sweet boy a forever, loving home. Please submit an adoption application.
Disco has been adopted to a wonderful family in Bixby, Oklahoma. Disco is going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten with his forever family. Disco will be joining a former rescued horse, Sheba. We love it when a former adopter returns to add to their family. We are thrilled this sweet boy has found his forever, loving home.
