Edie came into our rescue program on February 17, 2005, after her previous owners fell upon hard times. Edie is a 3 year old Appaloosa cross filly. She is the daughter of Ribbon and sister to Bow. She is very small, but still has a little time to grow. She is a little underweight and currently being treated for worms. Edie needs a home where she can be loved and taught to trust when she is handled. She goes into defense mode quickly if she feels threatened. She has spent most of her life relying on her sister for guidance and bonded to her instead. We currently have them separated as it is easier to handle her. Edie is not currently trained to ride. Edie has been adopted to a wonderful family in Newalla, Oklahoma. Edie will become an companion to another horse and will be spoiled rotten by her new family. Edie will receive a lot of Tender, Loving, Care and will never go without anything that she needs. Edie has a wonderful new family.
