Kitty is a 4 year old, Sorrel, Filly. Kitty is in poor condition and had severe girth burns upon seizure. Kitty also needs to receive hoof repair soon. Once the case is closed, we will update with more information as well as updated pictures.
You can sponsor Kitty for $100.00 a month.
Donations are greatly appreciated and tax deductible.
Update 2/13/07 - Kitty is a sweet, Sorrel, Mare. She looks great, and has gained a lot of weight. Kitty has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, and feet maintenance. Due to our large rescue numbers right now, we don't have the ability to assess each horse to determine their riding back ground. We are very sorry for this! We just don't have enough man power to assess 60 plus horses. Training is available in the Spring and Summer months if needed. If you are interested in adopting Kitty, please submit an application today. You must have an application on file, prior to scheduling a visit with Kitty.
Update May 2007 -- Kitty is a nice little horse and with the right amount of time and ground work, she would make someone an excellent horse. I think that she was started under saddle, but never taught ground manners. Kitty would be a nice horse for someone to finish their way. She is a pretty girl that desperately needs her forever, loving home to call her own.
Kitty was adopted to a wonderful family in Harrah, Oklahoma. Kitty was adopted along with McSteamy and they will both be very spoiled and extremely well loved. We are thrilled that they have found their forever, loving home.
