Paris is an 7 year old, Paint, Mare. Paris was extremely thin upon arrival. She suffer's from an injury to her left eye. She is a sweet girl and has received her first trimming. Her feet were in extremely poor condition and she also had several abscesses. Once the case is closed, we will update with more information as well as updated pictures.

Update 2/13/07 - Paris is a sweet girl! She has gained a lot of weight and really looks good. We recently discovered while Paris was getting her teeth floated that someone had nearly cut her tongue in half. The Vet thought that someone was too hard in her mouth with the bit. Poor Girl! She is a sweetheart! Paris has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, teeth floated and feet maintenance. Due to our large rescue numbers right now, we don't have the ability to assess each horse to determine their riding back ground. We are very sorry for this! We just don't have enough man power to assess 60 plus horses. Training is available in the Spring and Summer months if needed. Paris has been adopted to a wonderful family in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Paris is going to be extremely well loved and cared for on a nice 160 acre farm. She won't know what do with herself. Paris was adopted along with Bubba and Reno. We are thrilled that they are going to such a wonderful place.
