Popeye came into our rescue program on October 22, 2005. Popeye is an 7 year palomino gelding. Popeye came from Guthrie, Oklahoma. He is very emaciated. Popeye is missing his right eye, from what we don't know. He is extremely sweet and doing well. We will have his teeth checked and have him dewormed. Popeye has been started on a small diet, but has a very healthy appetite and spirit. We put a blanket on Popeye today to help with the wind and cold weather.

Popeye has been adopted to a wonderful family in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Popeye is going to live a life of pure spoiling. He deserves it and seems to have really bonded to his new family. Popeye is a special horse and we are thrilled that he has received such a wonderful family to spend the rest of his life with.
