Star came into our rescue program on July 31, 2007, along with 43 other horses that were severely neglected and starved from the Forest Park & Spencer, Oklahoma area. We were called by the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office, Forest Park Police Department and Spencer Police Department to assist in the seizure of the 44 horses. Star was extremely thin, covered in Rain Rott, hooves in poor condition and sick with Upper Respiratory infections. Star is a beautiful Chestnut, Arabian, Mare.

Star has been adopted to a wonderful family in Midwest City, Oklahoma. Star has been adopted by one of our former adoptive homes. Star is receiving a lot of love and attention. Star has found a wonderful, loving, forever home to call her own. We are so thrilled for her.
