Timmy came into our rescue program on April 20, 2009. Timmy came from the Oklahoma City Animal Welfare Division along with Brady. Timmy is a sweet, 8 month old, Colt. He is such a good boy, loves attention, halter broke and broke to lead. Timmy is coming along very nicely and he is finally getting rid of all that matted, winter hair. He would make someone a wonderful horse. Timmy has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, de-worming and hoof maintenance. Update January 21, 2015 Timmy has returned to our rescue program at no fault of his own. Timmy is now seeking a forever, loving home to call his own. Timmy has matured into a beautiful horse. He stands around 15 - 15.2 hands tall. He is now 7 years old and ready for training and a job. Timmy has spent the last 6 years of his life being a pet and getting a lot of love and attention. His needs were always met. He now needs a home and a job. He is super smart. Timmy loads in a trailer and stands for the farrier. Timmy will make someone an amazing horse. Timmy has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming and hoof maintenance. Timmy was picked for our 5th Annual Blaze's Ride to the Rescue Trainer Challenge. He was chosen by Adult Trainer Kelci Goad. Kelci will be working with Timmy for the next 120 days, turning Timmy into a dependable riding companion. Kelci will be going against 9 Adult Trainers in our Trainer's Challenge. We also have 7 Youth Trainers competing in our Trainer's Challenge. Competition is set for May 21, 2016 at the Lazy E Arena, Guthrie, Oklahoma. Available for Adoption on May 21st, 2016 to pre-approved adopters through a Silent Auction. All bids start at $800.00 on the day of the event only. The day of the event will be the only opportunity to adopt a horse with over $3000.00 of training alone, for the starting bid of $800.00. If the horses do not get adopted the day of the event, the adoption fee will be higher once brought back to our facility.
Update May 30, 2016 Timmy is looking for his forever, loving home. Timmy is an amazing boy that is ready to go any direction whether a trail horse or a performance horse. Timmy is a super sweet boy and he loves attention. Timmy has continued to be rode since the challenge and will make someone an amazing horse.
