Woody came into our rescue program on June 10, 2006. Woody is a 9 year old, thoroughbred, gelding. Woody has a pretty interesting race record behind him and he raced until May of 2005. Woody is a sweet horse, but is showing mild signs of lameness in his hind quarters. We will have woody evaluated by our vet and see if we can pin down the exact problem and hopefully have him treated. Woody will be available for adoption soon as a pleasure/trail riding horse. We will update on his progress and adoption status as soon as possible. If you are interested in adopting woody, please contact Natalee and submit an application for adoption.

Woody has been adopted to a wonderful family in Mustang, Oklahoma. Woody is going to be extremely well loved and cared for. Woody is going to be lightly pasture ridden and giving his new owner great confidence in riding. Sweet boy!
