Yogi came into our rescue program on November 12, 2009. Yogi came from the Oklahoma City Animal Welfare Division as a Cruelty Case. Yogi is emaciated and his hind legs are swollen due to his malnourishment. He is currently on antibiotics and being treated for fungus. Yogi is a Beautiful Paint Stud Colt, estimated to be 2 years of age. He is a sweet boy and loves attention. He has a long road of recovery ahead of him. Please consider making a donation towards Yogi's Rehabilitation.
Update 4/20/10 Yogi is now seeking his forever, loving home. Yogi is a beautiful boy and has gained a lot of weight and looking great. Yogi has been gelded. He is super sweet, loves attention and will make someone a wonderful horse. He is ready for training and a family that will provide him with lots of love and attention. He will need to remain on a 6 week schedule for his feet trimming. He is slowly getting them shaped normally, he is a little flat footed right now. He is sound, no lameness, just didn't have routine hoof care prior to coming in to rescue and will need to continue to stay on a good schedule so that they can continue on the right path. Yogi has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming and hoof maintenance. If you are interested in giving this beautiful boy a forever, loving home, please submit an adoption application.
Yogi has been adopted to a wonderful family in Stilwell, Oklahoma. Yogi is joining Nemo and Sunrise, where all will be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten. We are so thrilled these sweet horses have found their forever, loving home.
