Charmed came into our rescue program on November 2, 2014. Charmed & Lennox came into our rescue program from the Jones Sale Barn, as a concerned citizen purchased them to save them from being separated and shipped to slaughter, we agreed to take them into our rescue. Charmed is a Beautiful, Bay, Thoroughbred, Mare. Charmed is estimated to be 18 years of age. Momma and baby both are a body score of a 2 and infested with parasites. Momma and baby are both super sweet and love attention. We will be weaning Lennox soon, as Charmed is pregnant and due to foal another baby. We wasn't aware when they came in that she was already bred back. Charmed is a great momma. These sweet babies have a long road of recovery ahead of them. We will update on there progress, as they both gain some much needed weight. Please consider making a donation towards Charmed Rehabilitation.

Update July 2016 Charmed is doing well and is now seeking her forever, loving home. Charmed is a super sweet girl, she loves attention and has an extremely calm personality. Charmed is broke to ride. We would recommend some tune up time in a round pen or small enclosed area as we don't know when she was ridden last. Charmed did great under saddle and seemed to remember what to do. She still has some energy and is ready to go. Charmed would make someone an excellent trail horse. Charmed stands for the farrier and loads in a trailer. Charmed has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, dental and hoof maintenance. Please call or email to schedule an appointment to visit the horses currently available in our rescue program. We are generally available by appointment Monday - Thursday after 5:30 and anytime Friday - Sunday. We do maintain full time jobs, so we are not always available on weekdays. Please be patient with us and we will return your call/email as soon as possible.
