Giggles & Wiggles came into our rescue program on July 31, 2007, along with 43 other horses that were severely neglected and starved from the Forest Park & Spencer, Oklahoma area. Turner (aka) Doc, came into our rescue program March 14, 2005. Turner is an 5 year old registered quarter horse gelding. Turner has already gone through a great deal in his short 5 years of life. Turner had been sent to a horse trainer by his previous owners to be trained to ride. Unfortunately, the trainer was extremely rough with Turner resulting in breaking his Withers Bone. The following horses were rescued from Oklahoma County on September 29, 2006. 36 horses were removed from one location in Spencer, Oklahoma. Many of these horses were extremely Starved and Neglected, their body scores ranged from a 1 to a 4. We will never forget the seizure of these horses and their unbelievable living conditions.
