Dobbin came into our rescue program on May 11, 2012. Dobbin came from Garvin County Sheriff's Office as a cruelty case along with 2 other horses. Sadly, one died shortly after coming into our care from a severe parasitic Colitis. Thankfully, we were able to save Dobbin and Tahoe before it was too late. Dobbin is a Beautiful, Sorrel, Quarter Horse, Stud. He is a body score of a 1, infested with internal/external parasites. Dobbin is estimated to be 2 years of age. Dobbin is a super sweet and very smart. Dobbin has a large hernia that will require surgery. He stands for the farrier and loads in the trailer. He has such a sweet disposition and loves attention. Update September 2012 Dobbin has gained a lot of weight and looking great. Dobbin is such a sweet boy and loves attention. Dobbin has been gelded and is now seeking his forever, loving home. Dobbin stands at 13.1 hands tall. He still has some time to grow, but will be a small guy. Dobbin's Hernia has been repaired. Dobbin is small and with the right amount of time and training, will make someone an excellent little horse. He is very eager to please. Dobbin has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, gelding and hoof maintanance. Dobbin was picked for our 4th Annual Blaze's Ride to the Rescue Trainer Challenge. He was chosen by Youth Trainer Cassandra Ruhlen. Cassandra will be working with Dobbin for the next 120 days, turning Dobbin into a dependable riding companion. Cassandra will be going against 9 Trainers in our Trainer's Challenge. We also have 12 Adult Trainers competing in our Trainer's Challenge. Competition is set for May 30, 2015 at the Lazy E Arena, Guthrie, Oklahoma. Dobbin has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, teeth floating and hoof maintenance. Dobbin has also been freeze branded for his protection. Update June 1, 2015 Dobbin is still seeking his forever, loving home. Dobbin is extremely well trained and will make someone an excellent horse. Dobbin has received 140 days training by Youth Trainer Cassandra Ruhlen. Cassandra has taken him on many trail rides, which he prefers, but has also done several parades with him as well. Dobbin isn't a fan of the arena environment and prefers to hit the trails all day long. Dobbin is an amazing horse and you certainly can't beat the amount of training this boy has received. Dobbin is super sweet and loves attention. He is a pocket pony and will follow you around all day long. Dobbin has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming and hoof maintenance. Dobbin has been adopted to a wonderful family in Ringwood, Oklahoma. Dobbin is going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in his forever, loving home. We are thrilled that this sweet boy found the forever, loving family he deserves, where he will receive the love and attention he longs for.

We are generally available by appointment Monday - Thursday after 5:30 and anytime Friday - Sunday. We do maintain full time jobs, so we are not always available on weekdays.
