Heart came into our rescue program on October 17, 2013. Heart came from the Oklahoma City Animal Welfare Division along with her mother Eleanor as a cruelty case. Heart is a Beautiful, Sorrel, Quarter Horse, Filly. Heart is estimated to be 1 years of age. She is super sweet. She loves attention and loads in a trailer. Heart is the foal of Eleanor. She is halter broke and broke to lead. Heart has a small hernia that will require surgery to repair. Heart has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming and hoof maintenance. Heart was picked for our 4th Annual Blaze's Ride to the Rescue Trainer Challenge. She was chosen by Youth Trainer Emily Roberts. Emily will be working with Heart for the next 120 days, turning Heart into a dependable riding companion. Emily will be going against 9 Trainers in our Trainer's Challenge. We also have 12 Adult Trainers competing in our Trainer's Challenge. Competition is set for May 30, 2015 at the Lazy E Arena, Guthrie, Oklahoma. Blaze's Ride to the Rescue Trainer Challenge. Heart will be available for adoption immediately following the competition on May 30, 2015. Heart is a sweet girl and loves attention. Heart has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, teeth floating and hoof maintenance. Heart has also been freeze branded for her protection. Heart has been adopted to a wonderful family in Blanchard, Oklahoma. Heart, along with Candy Surprise, are going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in their forever, loving home. We are so thrilled that this sweet girls found the family they deserve, where they will receive an unlimited amount of love and care.



Please call or email to schedule an appointment to visit the horses currently available in our rescue program. We are generally available by appointment Monday - Thursday after 5:30 and anytime Friday - Sunday. We do maintain full time jobs, so we are not always available on weekdays. Please be patient with us and we will return your call/email as soon as possible.
