Hi-Hopes came into our rescue program on October 12, 2012. Hi-Hopes came from Stephens County Sheriff's Office as a cruelty case along with 10 other horses. Hi-Hopes is a Beautiful, Bay/White, Shetland Pony, Mare. Hi-Hopes is estimated to be 9 years of age. Hi-Hopes stands at 13 hands tall. Hi-Hopes is a body score of 2 and weighed 420 pounds on date of the seizure. Hi-Hopes and her pasture mates have spent the last week at the Veterinary Clinic where they have all gained strength, as well as, gained a little bit of weight. Hi-Hopes is super sweet and very smart. She loaded in the trailer with no problem and loves attention. Hi-Hopes needs her feet trimmed as all of them have been neglected. This sweet girl also needs her teeth floated. This beautiful girl still has quite a bit of weight to gain. We will update as she progresses. Please consider donating towards Hi-Hope's Rehabilitation.

Update December 2012 Hi Hopes is now seeking her forever, loving home. Hi Hopes is super sweet, but can be difficult to catch from time to time. She just needs a family that will show her lots of love and attention and spoil her rotten. She will make a great little lead line pony for a child. She doesn't know a whole lot, but will accept a rider. She doesn't understand the basics, but she is willing to please. She has a lot of potential and will make someone a nice little pony with the right amount of time and attention. Hi Hopes has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming and hoof maintenance. If you would like to give this sweet girl the forever, loving home that she deserves, please submit an adoption application or call/email to schedule an appointment to come visit Hi Hopes.

Update July 2015 Hi Hopes has returned to our rescue program at no fault of her own. She is now seeking a forever, loving home to call her own. Hi Hopes is super sweet but can be difficult to catch. She is a bit timid, but has an eager to please personality. Hi Hopes is now 12 years of age. She is a sweet girl! Hi Hopes is broke to ride. We would recommend some tune up time in a round pen or small enclosed area. She would be a great lead line pony on the trails, as she is a follower. She would need a more experienced child to ride her solo. She does listen well and responds to the cues. She has never offered to buck, kick, rear, bite, etc., Hi Hopes stands at 13.1 hands tall. Hi Hopes has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, and hoof maintenance. If you are interested in adopting this sweet girl, please submit an adoption application or call/email to schedule an appointment to come visit Hi Hopes.

Update December 2015 Hi Hopes is still available for adoption and is now in training with Kelci Goad at Saddle Up Horsemanship for the next 60 days. Kelci Goad with Saddle Up Horsemanship is available for lessons with adopter and Hi Hopes to assure a wonderful partnership. You can see videos and follow some of Hi Hope's progress on Kelci's facebook page at: Kelci's Blaze's Horses. Hi Hopes will make someone an excellent horse. We encourage you to follow her progress and schedule an appointment to visit Kelci and Hi Hopes. She can be adopted while in training and you as the adopter can be involved in the training process. You can't beat this deal. Kelci is a wonderful teacher and she can assist you and your child with a wonderful relationship with your horse, on the ground and on her back. What is the best way to build a bond and a lasting relationship, then joining the trainer and know how to properly handle your horse? Her adoption fee is a steal, if you think of the cost of training alone. Hi Hopes has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, dental and hoof maintenance. If you would like to adopt this sweet girl, please submit an adoption application or call/email to schedule an appointment to come visit Hi Hopes today.

Update July 2016 Hi Hopes did amazing during the training camp. Halle has spent a lot of time with Hi Hopes, even long after the training camp ended. Hi Hopes continues to excel and looking for a child of her own to love on her. Hi Hopes is broke to ride. This super cute pony is ready to go any direction.
