Boone came into our rescue program on December 19, 2009. Boone is a Beautiful Thoroughbred Gelding. He is 6 years old and was a former race horse. Boone did not have a good racing career, apparently this sweet boys heart just wasn't in to racing. Boone is a sweetheart, loves attention and very laid back. Boone has a lot of weight to gain as he was in poor condition upon arrival. He is still a bit on the weak side but gaining weight and building the much needed muscle. Boone has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming and hoof maintenance. Boone will be available for adoption once he has fully rehabilitated.
