Patty came into our rescue program on March 23, 2009. Patty came from the Oklahoma City Animal Welfare Division. Patty is emaciated, infested with parasites and appears to have had her back legs caught in a fence at one time. She does not show any signs of lameness. She is a very sweet girl, loads in a trailer, and has a very sweet disposition with Kind eyes. Patty is estimated to be 9 years of age, Beautiful Sorrel, Quarter Horse, Mare. She is a sweet girl that has a long road of recovery ahead of her. Please consider making a donation towards Patty's Rehabilitation. We will update as she improves with her adoption status.

Update 6-27-09 -- Patty is ready for that loving, forever home. Patty is broke to ride and such a sweet girl! She would make someone an excellent horse. She has an old injury to her hind leg, but she is not lame on it. Patty would be a great girl for a beginner/intermediate rider. She is so well mannered and such a sweet girl! She would make an excellent pleasure/trail horse. Patty is still gaining weight, but looks great compared to when she came in.

Patty has been adopted to a wonderful family in Perry, Oklahoma. Patty is going to be spoiled rotten and extremely well loved in her new forever, loving home. Patty was adopted along with Brady and both have a wonderful new family. We are thrilled that these two were adopted together and that they both have found their forever, loving home.
