Sisco, Oct 2009

Sisco came into our rescue program on July 31, 2007, along with 43 other horses that were severely neglected and starved from the Forest Park & Spencer, Oklahoma area. We were called by the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office, Forest Park Police Department and Spencer Police Department to assist in the seizure of the 44 horses. Sisco is a beautiful, 2 year old, Roan, Arabian, Gelding. Sisco was thin, had upper respiratory infection and infested with parasites and had abscesses in his front foot. It is clear that Sisco rarely spent much time outside of a stall. He was living in his own feces, urine and mud past his ankles. Sisco is a sweet boy, very well mannered and loves attention. Sisco is seeking his forever, loving home. He has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, Gelded and hoof maintenance. If you are interested in giving Sisco that loving, forever home that he deserves, please submit an application today. No appointments will be scheduled without a completed and signed application and contract on file.

Update Sisco 10-10-09 -- Sisco has matured into a very handsome young man. He is such a super boy and will make someone an excellent horse. Sisco has been started under saddle by his foster mom. He tacks up very well and has been ridden a handful of times. He is a wonderful horse with a great personality. He has a will to please and he deserves a wonderful, forever, loving home. He just needs someone to finish his training. If you are interested in adopting this sweet boy, please submit an application.

Sisco has been adopted to a wonderful family in Atwood, Oklahoma. Sisco has finally been blessed with his forever, loving family. He is going to be spoiled rotten and extremely well loved with his new family. This special boy was right at home the minute he came off the trailer. We are so happy for Sisco and his new family!
