Skittles came into our rescue program on April 25, 2008. Skittles came from Seminole County along with 5 other horses. Skittles is extremely emaciated and infested with parasites. Skittles is a sweet, sorrel filly, believed to be the daughter of Dimples. Skittles weighs in at 590 pounds, at least 300 pounds under weight. Skittles is estimated to be around 3 years of age. She is a sweet Sorrel filly. She has a long road of recovery ahead of her. We will update as she progresses, as well as, when she becomes available for adoption. Skittles Update 7-7-08 -- Skittles has Rehabilitated wonderfully and looks great. Skittles is about 14 hands tall and now weighs in at 812 pounds. She is very smart and picks things up quickly. She would make someone an excellent horse. Skittles is ready for training and given a job. She is a sweet horse and just needs someone to love her and give her some attention. Skittles is halter trained and trained to lead. She is completely healthy! She has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, hoof maintenance and teeth floated. She is seeking her forever, loving home to call her own.

Skittles has been adopted to a wonderful family in Newkirk, Oklahoma. Skittles is going to be extremely well loved and cared for by her new family. We are thrilled that she has finally found her forever, loving home.
