Uno came into our rescue program on August 29, 2009. Uno came from the Oklahoma City Animal Welfare Division. Uno is a beautiful, Sorrel, Quarter Horse, Stud. Uno is Crypt-Orchid and will require surgery to geld. He will be having surgery soon and will not be available for adoption until complete. Uno is extremely well mannered, very sweet boy and loves attention. We will update with Uno's adoption status as he is gelded and available for adoption. Uno Update November 2009 -- Uno has received his crypt-orchid surgery and is doing great. He is now seeking his forever, loving home. Uno has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, and hoof maintenance. He is broke to ride and will make someone an excellent horse.
Update June 2016 Uno has returned to our rescue program at no fault of his own. Uno is seeking his forever, loving home. Uno is a super sweet boy and loves attention. Uno is now 15 years of age. He is a big, stout, beautiful boy. He stands around 16 - 16.2 hands tall. Uno is broke to ride, but since he has not been ridden in such a long time, we plan to send him to the trainers soon for a tune up. Uno has some vision change in one of his eyes, due to an eye injury. It doesn't seem to bother him and he is adjusting to it well. Uno has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, teeth floating and hoof maintenance. We will update as Uno goes into training. Uno has been adopted to a wonderful family in Bixby, Oklahoma. Uno is going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in his forever, loving home. We are thrilled that this sweet little boy found the forever, loving family he deserves where he will be showered with love and attention.
