Von came into our rescue program on July 26, 2008. Von came in with Summer and must be adopted together only! Von is a registered Thoroughbred, he is 19 years old and a beautiful Chestnut Gelding. He had a very short career on the race track and has since been a companion /pleasure horse. Von is a sweet horse and deserves a great forever, loving home. Von and Summer have been with each their all their lives and was cared for greatly by their former owners. Von and Summer had a great family and a great life! Unfortunately, Von and Summer's Family is battling cancer and it was necessary for these sweet boys to come to us, so that their former family can fight this battle and win. Pray for Von and Summer's family! Along with your prayers, if you would like to give these two sweet boys a loving, forever home, please submit an application. Von and Summer have not been ridden in quite some time, but we believe that it would be very easy to get them use to light rides again. They would be great horses for first time horse owners. They are super sweet! Von and Summer have a current negative coggins, they are up to date on vaccinations, deworming, hoof maintenance and dental work. Please give these sweet boys a loving, forever home.

Von & Summer have been adopted to a wonderful family in Beggs, Oklahoma. They are going to be spoiled rotten and extremely well loved with their new family. They will be knee high in Bermuda grass and given more attention than they will know what to do with. We are thrilled for Von & Summer!
